TRENTO. Zero-interest loans to repair the car or buy a washing machine, a "salary" per month for the parent who stays home to care for the child, health and ticket prices to measure: here it is the long-awaited law on the family that the provincial committee chaired Mattia Civic later this month should be undertaken so as to arrive at the counsel already in October.
The work is a synthesis of five bills, merged into a single document and then also suffers some mediation. But in fact, is the first and the original bill on the family, of which the Trentino is still lacking, having delegated to other sectors of the management rules of relationships. The compendium also suffers this issue and in fact the rules seem pretty heavy (and provides for the establishment of an Agency for the family and sounding boards), even if it has the undoubted merit of being very real.

The problem that we wish to settle - and which in part deals with the law - is the measurement of rates according to the logic "individual". A policy, this, that penalizes families (more so if several). But there is another point that certainly will land quite controversial in the classroom and in any case will be dealt with: the parameter of the ICEF.
The law, perhaps to avoid seeing her stranded, first, that all facilities are linked to the patrimonial and economic status of the family. One thing sharply contested by the Family Forum believes that a contradiction: if the criterion is that you do not need a law, since it could very well refer to the existing rules on difficult situations. Understand that the law from this point of view will not be changed, but it is possible intervention on the method of calculating the 'why ICEF takes into account a greater degree of promotion of the family, especially if large.
