After four years of living with about 250 comic books Diabolik scattered everywhere I decided to make a library dedicated exclusively to this collection. The idea was to design several modules capable of accommodating the present and future comics.
did not want to create a library in one piece because once I had filled rifarne another and then breaking the collection.
The most logical solution was to build a bookcase, made up of modules that could be disposed of at will. In this way, once filled modules is to be completed each time a different form. So I think I've got a library that will grow the collection is strongly linked to it will be over and will end only when the numbers of Diabolik.
are two forms: the cube and double cube.
cubic modules have a size of 27x27x27 cm and can contain 40 cartoons each.
forms the larger blocks of size 54x27x27 cm and can hold about 90 comics.
I faced for the first time the technique of decoupage . To cover the modules I had to sacrifice three numbers Diabolik, but say, it is worth it. For the decou page it takes time and patience because you have to: create a uniform base-wet pages - paste with a solution of water and PVA glue - wait for it to dry - give at least 7-8 coats of varnish to water or turpentine waiting at least 2 hours between coats. So a big job. Most likely the next modules will simply be painted!
